Refund and Returns Policy

TasnuvaeWorld – Retail & Wholesale

TasnuvaeWorld values customer satisfaction and aims to provide quality products and reliable service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions.

Retail customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product, while wholesale customers must do so within 3 days. Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with proof of purchase. Customized or final-sale items, perishable goods, and used products are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, contact us at tasnuvaglobal@gmail.com or call +880 1914-157801 with your order details and reason for return. If the return is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

For exchanges or damaged items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
